PHO SURE

==================================================

It’s time to add Vietnamese to your culinary repertoire. Vietnamese food is distinctive, fresh, and simple. It is traditionally rich in seafood, rice, fresh vegetables, fresh meat, tropical fruits and herbs. Most dishes come with a heaping serving of “fragrant herbs” like cilantro, mint, basil, along with bean sprouts and lime wedges. Vietnamese dipping sauce – made with fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and chili peppers – is also a MUST accompaniment for many dishes.

Pho Sure was originally established in Saigon focused on serving Vietnamese healthy choice foods, and now looking forward to bringing our successful story to North America. It is our goal that makes the difference in how we deliver the best food services and quality. As a proud Vietnamese brand, our philosophy is about combining the best of the fast-paced international world with the traditional charm and traditions of Vietnam.

Pho:
Pho is the national dish of Vietnam. It has become quite popular not only in the U.S. but also around the world. For most people, when someone mentions Vietnamese food, pho is usually the first thing that comes to mind. A bowl of pho consists of flat rice noodles, slices of tender beef or chicken, onion, scallion, and a steamy hot broth infused with ginger, clove and cinnamon. Accompanied by fresh bean sprouts, basil, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice . At Pho Sure, we offer different choices of Pho - Pho Chicken, Pho Beef, Pho Meatball, Pho Shrimp, and Pho Veggie (with veggie broth).

Banh Mi
Banh mi or Vietnamese sandwich is a perfect example of French influence in Vietnamese cuisine. A warm, crusty baguette stuffed with French butter and pâté, choice of meat, along with pickled daikon and carrot, sliced cucumber, cilantro, and jalapeno peppers. A stable choice for breakfast or lunch, banh mi ranks second only to pho in popularity.

Spring Roll (Goi Cuon)
Goi Cuon is as fresh and healthy as it can be for Vietnamese food. Lettuce, mint, cilantro, bean sprouts, rice noodles, and cooked shrimps (tofu or other choice of meat) are all wrapped in thin, translucent rice papers. Often served as a cold appetizer with different choices of sauce.

Salad bowl (Bun Cha Gio Thit Nuong)
A bowl of salads and noodles consists of several layers: shredded lettuce, mint, cilantro, and bean sprouts on the bottom; rice noodles in middle; eggrolls and grilled meat go on top. Garnished with roasted peanuts, pickled daikon and carrot. Pour sauce over the whole thing, mix well and bon appétit!

Sticky Rice (Xoi)
A delicious dish of steamed sticky rice serving with fresh veggie, choice of meat or tofu, and homemade sauce.
